Analysis of agri-food systems with an emphasis on ecological intensification and food processes to promote food security in a scenario of global change.
Agrifood Quality
Development of healthy, functional, innocuous foods with a high organoleptic value.
Bioengineering of Agrifood Processes
Design, analysis, development and optimization of agri-food processes linked to the production of food for fresh or industrialized consumption.
